What I do…
I point to the principles that explain how our mind works and how our experience of life, our thoughts, ideas and emotions are created.
Once you start to understand those principles, you will feel more contentment, more joy and more well-being then you ever thought possible. Your relationships, your performance at work and your ability to solve problems will improve. Life will become a lot easier and a lot more simple.
We will take your challenges, struggles and goals as a starting point for our discussion, so that you get your own insights into how things can be different for you.
Different options to work with me include:
– Individual 1 on 1 sessions in person, over the phone or through Skype
One coaching session is typically 1 hour long.
– 4 day private residential retreat in the Belgian countryside
Every day we will meet in the morning and in the afternoon. In between sessions you will have time to relax and reflect, and to watch, read and listen to some materials that will help you to deepen your understanding.
This program includes 16 hours of one on one coaching over the 4 day period, all materials for self-study and 4 one hour follow-up calls to be scheduled within 6 weeks after the 4 day intensive retreat.
This program is offered year-round, seven days a week.
